Andy Liu, 34, is the co-director of B&L. As the advertising senior sales executive and project manager, he is in charge of all exhibition concepts.

As a managing partner of Baptiste & Liu Media Ltd. since 2011 he supervises exhibition projects in conception and execution. His 10 year experience in event organization for the dental and gaming industry has its roots in his former job as an advertising sales executive of the German dental - exhibitions organizer and full service advertising agency CCC, Cologne. His advertising specialization is approved by the German Chamber of Commerce.

His clients include large international customers as well as smaller enterprises like SS White Burs from the dental industry and Focus Home Interactive, a French publisher for computer games.

He moved to the United Kingdom in 2011 and founded Baptiste B&L Media Ltd. the same year with his partner Nicolas Baptiste with offices in Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk and in Central London.

Nicolas Baptiste, 30, co-director of B&L, is the art-director and lead-web designe rwithin the agency and accountable for all creative work processes.

He studied at the Central St Martins College which he concluded successfully with a PG degree in 2D Character Animation in 2004.

After his work period at C.H.A.S.E in 2009, he decided to start his own company "Nicorage Ltd", which is specialized in 2D animation and web-design.

In 2011 he merged his company into a partnership with B&L, where "Nicorage Ltd" is now a subsidiary of B&L Media Ltd.

Mr. Baptiste also holds partnership of "Bokit'la" a catering service company with specilization in Carribean food.
